Traumatic Brain Injury

Rehab Pathways Group provides an array of support services and residential programming to those recovering from a Traumatic Brain Injury.

Consultations can take place in the client’s own home or on site at one of our three residential locations. Together, with the client and any external team members, which may include case managers, PMR doctors, psychologists, psychiatrists, etc., we work to help our clients reach their highest level of independence.

Clients play an active role in the development of their treatment plans with our Program Director. We believe that this creates an environment that will provide the best outcome for the clients to achieve their highest level of independence.

With our multidisciplinary staff, we are able to offer occupational therapy, speech therapy, recreational therapy, vocational counseling and job coaching. In addition, all of our professional staff are Certified Brain Injury Specialists.
